Low Carb Green Smoothie

Try this low carb green smoothie.  You can have as an on-the-go breakfast or  as an anytime snack.

 

Ingredients:

½ avocado, pitted and chopped
2 cup spinach
½ cup vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond milk
¼ sweeteners
1 1/2 cup ice

Instructions:

Step 1: Combine ingredients into a blender and mix.
