Walking Pneumonia (Atypical Pneumonia)

Clinical Definition Walking pneumonia (atypical pneumonia) is an infectious disease characterized by pulmonary infiltrates. Walking pneumonia is usually clinically milder than other types of pneumonia. The causative agent may vary but is often mycoplasma bacterium.
